In just a few short hours, you can:

  • learn knife skills + other fundamentals
  • perfect your favorite pastry, cookie or confection

Chef’s Choice Recreational Cooking Classes
Registration is open for new winter/spring classes. Choose from:

  • Main Courses: Focus on a particular ingredient or global cuisine
  • Appetizers: Wow guests at your next dinner party with easy but elegant starters.
  • Desserts: Perfect pastries and sweets, from brownies and pies to breads and cupcakes.
  • Pro Series: Delve deeply into specific techniques or dishes.

Wine & Spirit Classes + Certificates
JWU also runs wine, beverage and spirits classes designed to appeal to a wide range of expertise levels.

Johnson & Wales is an accredited WSET® Approved Program Provider, offering 3 levels of courses at our Providence, North Miami and
Charlotte campuses.

Our Providence Campus also offers Society of Wine Educators (SWE) and L’Ecole du Vin of Bordeaux certifications.

In addition, Providence and North Miami offer more casual day classes in food and wine pairing; mixology; classic cocktails and beer appreciation.
