Lessons from History: Professor Griff Shares Black History 101

2/27/19 | Student Life recently arranged to have the Black History 101 Mobile Museum visit the Charlotte Campus and with it, a collection of more than 200 original artifacts of black memorabilia dating from the trans-Atlantic slave trade era to hip-hop culture. The museum offered a timeline of experiences, achievements and contributions — stories that need to be told.

JWU Providence to Host NCAA Division III Wrestling Regional

2/20/2019 | This February 23 and 24, JWU Providence will be hosting the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Wrestling Regional.

In addition to JWU’s top-ranked Wrestling team, the regional will also feature Bridgewater State, Castleton, the Coast Guard Academy, New England College, Norwich, New York University, Rhode Island College, Plymouth State, Roger Williams, Southern Maine, Springfield, Trinity, Wesleyan, Western New England, Williams and WPI.
