The class enjoyed a lovely meal together at the Cantina Del Vesuvio. We had the most incredible pasta that you could imagine! The tomato sauce was so fresh and the basil was so fragrant. We sat at long, beautifully-crafted wooden tables on an enclosed patio. The vineyard staff was so hospitable and the courses were simple yet delicious.

We enjoyed a long lunch filled with conversation and laughter. Following our final course, the owner of the vineyard and restaurant spoke with us about the history of the business and answered any questions that we had. It was an absolutely lovely experience!
