For most final projects for baking and pastry classes you are asked to create a notebook. This project is great in the end because all of your scribbled notes, random pictures, and final product evaluations from class are in one organized place. But putting it together can be a little difficult and quite time consuming. My best piece of advice for any future baking and pastry majors is to not leave this project until the last minute. If you work on it a little every day during the segment you will not feel overwhelmed the night before it’s due.
But for me, I seem to not know how to take my own advice and I’ll be working on my project all afternoon as well as all evening seeing as it is due tomorrow morning and I didn’t work on it nearly enough during the segment.
