So we can always ‘tell’ you what it’s like to be in a JWU kitchen but here’s some examples of what we do!
Baking classes range from everything and anything. Cookies to cakes to pies to sugar to chocolate to french pastry…anything! You learn everything about the industry and you even learn about yourself.
These are just a few pics from my freshman and sophomore year. I’m currently a BPA/FSM junior and if my last tri of baking labs is anything like my other 3 it will definitely be amazing :)
