My first week of winter trimester has been… hectic, crazy, a bit stressful, and so awesome.
Starting out labs has been exactly what I’ve been waiting to do for years… Literally. From the moment I learned about JWU when I was a sophomore in high school, I’ve been working towards culinary training. My first lab is Purchasing and Product Identification, so I get to learn all about the goings on of the storeroom and learning what so many different foods look and taste like, it’s actually so interesting!
It’s a completely different environment than any other kind of degree, and I adore it. I’m pumped for everything to come. Let’s do it.
