Papers here, Papers there, Papers everywhere!!! I can’t breathe what do i do!!!!
Last week and this week was beyond stressful. I didn’t know what to do or how to reduce the workload. I had assignments left and right plus midterms. This week I finally said enough was enough and spent an hour to three hours dedicated to relaxing.
What my MON-THURS looked like:
MEDITATION MONDAY- I let all my bad energy leave my body for the day and wrote three poems
TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY- NO MORE Twist :( YUP THATS ALL ME
WILD TASTY FOOD WEDNESDAY- (RANDOM NAME) UMelt my heart
TREAT YOURSELF THURSDAY- Salon/Threading day
