Final Day of Nutrition & Sensory Analysis. Every dish prepared by each group was spectacular. The plating of the dishes was by far, better than any other day in the class (I personally think our group did the best compared to everyone else).
Each group had a mystery basket to work with and had to make a dish in a limited amount of time (YES!!! Just like Chopped).
Now I move on to Fundamentals of Food Service Management. Wish me luck :) .
