Modernist Cuisine Club Family Weekend Demonstration!
This week the Modernist Cuisine Club got together to do a demonstration for our Wildcats at Family Weekend on the Providence campus. We demonstrated a few molecular gastronomy techniques and were able to show the families and students what our club is all about.
We made Cheesecake lollipops (seen above) with a non alcoholic Pina Colada foam and a bit of toasted coconut. We used the anti griddle to flash freeze our cheesecake batter and put our Pina Colada mix into an isi Canister to charge it up and turn it into a foam!
