We woke-up at 3:30 a.m. to make our flight from Chiang Mai to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok where we said our “good-byes.” Some of us remained in Thailand for a week or two on our own, others flew to Australia, France and England, the remainder returned to Los Angeles or New York before reaching their final destinations.
This has been a life-changing experience. Especially due to our host chefs and the leaders at At-Sunrice. JWU could not offer a better education and experience for those who want to increase their knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture.
Again, it could not have been possible without the mentors and special folk at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. From the entire group of students from JWU in the Singapore Study Abroad Program, “At-Sunrice is the BEST! And, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
