From Summer to Winter

As you may well know, it will be winter in Australia when I am there. This is because Australia is in the southern hemisphere, where the winter season begins on June 1st. Another fact is that Melbourne and Sydney are 16 hours ahead of mountain time. When alot of you are waking up for the morning, I will be going to sleep or already be sleeping that same day.

The Wonders of Singapore

Hello everyone! Sorry i'm a bit late with my post, but I've been having an action packed week with little room to even rest. Most of our mornings start at 6 am and from there it's off to school at At-Sunrice Academy, and whatever excursions that we have lined up for the day. We've been learning a lot of things about the history behind Singapore, and exploring new dishes!

Stoked to Explore Australia

I leave in about a week for Melbourne. I have planned for 9 extra days at the end of my program to explore Australia a little more, but I'm not sure what I want to do yet.

Hello Everyone! Welcome to our blog! Over the course of the next month Julio, Chen, and I will be blogging about our trip to South Korea.

Traveling to South Africa

May 31st - June 2nd

Traveling to South Africa is a long journey. I flew from Miami to London then from London to Cape Town, South Africa. Fortunately, my layover in London was almost 12 hours which gave me plenty of time to go out of the airport and see the city.

Pan Asian Study Abroad Tour 2k15 with Keyata

Hi, my name's Keyata and it's hard to believe that in just 4 days I will begin my journey into Singapore! For the last few weeks I've been going crazy and pondering what to bring, what to expect, and trying to prepare myself mentally for the journey ahead of me. However I've read a few articles that have made me feel a bit more secure about what to bring, and  I've also read up on standard customs for Thailand and Singapore, so  I should be ok. Right?
