Midnight Madness Showcases Wildcat Spirit

Basketball pick-up game at JWU Midnight Madness

11/14/16 | Midnight Madness is a favorite campus tradition at JWU’s Providence Campus, and with good reason. This late night event showcases Wildcat spirit in all forms.

Co-sponsored by JWU Providence Athletics and Student Involvement & Leadership, this year’s event also served as a kickoff to the Men’s and Women’s Basketball seasons. Both teams participated in a quick pick-up game that included a shootout.

The dance-filled night featured exuberant performances by (among others) the Cheerleading Squad, Wildcat Dancers, and Ataxia Hip Hop Dance team. (Ataxia took home honors for best dance team of the night.)

The Wildcat Center was packed to the rafters with cheering students, faculty and staff. Other activities included photo booths, face painting, poster making, live music and food.

Lights, camera, action... Without further ado, enjoy these sights and sounds from the event. Until next year!
