Sam Burgess

Samuel Burgess is a Culinary Nutrition, Food Science and Product Development student at Johnson & Wales University. Sam, originally coming from Galloway, New Jersey, has always had a passion for innovative food, and is constantly on the lookout for what is delicious. He has worked at multiple restaurants across the East Coast, including a culinary internship at the renowned Urban Solace Restaurant in San Diego, California. He continues to learn, to taste and to write, sharing his culinary perspective and knowledge.
